What we collect
When you use our booking form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the property postcode and type, your reason for needing an EPC and any message you add.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange your assessment and produce your Energy Performance Certificate. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. EPCs are lodged on the government's national register as required by law.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a form-processing service. We don't sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deliver our service and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by contacting carl@home-surveyors.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
